Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a diverse partner network across Oman. You will be the main contact for restaurant and retail partners, driving performance, planning promotions, and ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing success on Snoonu's platform.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams, leveraging data to identify opportunities and deliver excellent partner support.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in account management, partner success, or client relationship roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to managing partners.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and translate into actions.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a large portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant, retail, and service partners on the Snoonu platform
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and serve as their primary point of contact for all platform-related matters
Monitor partner performance metrics (orders, GMV, ratings) and proactively identify growth opportunities
Work closely with partners to plan promotions, campaigns, and menu updates that drive sales
Resolve partner issues, escalations, and operational challenges quickly and professionally
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on targets and growth plans
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure partner success on the platform
