• Manage and support a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners on the Snoonu platform daily.
• Serve as primary contact for partners for platform queries, updates, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and flag drops in orders, ratings, or activity to the Account Manager.
• Assist partners in updating menus, prices, and promotions on the platform.
• Follow up on onboarding requirements and pending documents.
