Qualifications

• 1–3 years in account management, sales, customer success or related client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field preferred.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with food partners across Oman.
• Serve as the main contact for partners, ensuring strong communication.
• Onboard, train, and drive platform adoption with partners.
• Monitor partner performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support partner campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Prepare updates, reports, and insights for business decisions.
• Participate in partner meetings and business reviews.
