Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Account Manager in Oman to own and grow a diverse partner portfolio on the Snoonu platform. You will nurture long-term relationships and serve as the main contact for restaurants, retailers, and service partners, driving performance and scalable growth.

You will analyze performance metrics, propose data-driven actions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and prior delivery/e‑commerce experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in account management or partner-related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actions.
• Highly organized with ability to manage a large portfolio.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in delivery platforms, super apps, or ecommerce.
• Familiarity with dashboards, CRM tools, or data analytics platforms.
• Existing network in F&B or retail in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant, retail, and service partners on the Snoonu platform.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and serve as the primary contact for partners.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan promotions, campaigns, and menu updates with partners to drive sales.
• Resolve partner issues, escalations, and operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to align on targets and growth plans.
