Job summary

Snoonu in Oman is seeking an Acquisition Executive to identify, engage, and onboard restaurants, cafés, and retailers onto the Snoonu platform. You will build partnerships, conduct meetings, and drive a strong onboarding pipeline across territories.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales or business development, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel as needed. Join a fast-growing startup focused on expanding merchant partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Previous experience in food delivery, e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or technology industries.
• Valid GCC/International/Omani driving license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants across assigned territories and categories.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline to consistently achieve monthly onboarding targets.
• Collect and verify merchant documentation required for onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and launch.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and acquisition progress in CRM systems.
• Represent Snoonu professionally and act as a trusted partner to merchants throughout the onboarding journey.
