Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities and execute from start to finish.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights, and lead projects on operational performance improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
