Job summary

Snoonu in Oman is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to optimize listing conversion, plan promotional investments, and uncover opportunities across Food, Groceries and Non-Food. You’ll translate insights into concrete actions and monitor impact on results.

You will analyze the customer journey from impressions to orders, evaluate campaign ROI and identify growth levers, partnering with Account Managers and Category teams to drive revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics, BI or performance analysis in e-commerce or retail.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of conversion funnels and promotional metrics.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer journey from impressions to completed orders.
• Recommend improvements to listing content, images, assortment, pricing and placement to boost conversion.
• Evaluate promotional investment ROI and optimize budget allocation.
• Assess campaign performance and identify offers to scale or pause.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Category Managers to drive prioritized actions.
• Identify gaps in assortment and availability; partner with teams to resolve issues.
