As a Commercial Performance Analyst you’ll translate data into actionable strategies across Food, Groceries and Non-Food, driving listing optimization and efficient promo spend.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence or performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of conversion funnels, promotional economics, customer retention and metrics.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer journey from impressions to orders and optimize conversion.
• Recommend brands and products for promotional investment.
• Evaluate campaign ROI, cost per incremental order and repeat behavior.
• Investigate growth/declines by city, category, brand and branch.
• Translate findings into prioritized actions for account managers, category managers and acquisition teams.
• Identify assortment gaps and merchant issues and work with teams to resolve them.
