Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Operations Analyst to optimize delivery operations in Oman. You will analyze data, identify trends, and lead projects to improve efficiency, reporting KPIs and dashboards for informed decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business/economics or related field, 3+ years in operations/data analysis, and strong Excel/BI/PowerPoint skills. On-site in Muscat with a global, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify optimization opportunities and execute from start to finish.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights, and lead projects on operational performance improvement.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
