Qualifications

• Strong understanding of key operations KPIs and ability to translate data into actionable initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making, workforce planning, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with dashboards and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a high-growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance across Local Shops ecosystem.
• Lead day-to-day ground Operations, Vendor Performance, and Store Operations for quality and efficiency.
• Own Shopper Cost (CPO) efficiency and workforce optimization.
• Drive assortment governance, stock feeds, and price parity across platforms.
• Monitor vendor performance, risk, and compliance; protect business performance and customer experience.
• Lead improvements in in-store workflows for picking, packing, checkout, and dispatching.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Commercial, Campaigns, and Marketing on readiness and risk mitigation.
• Build scalable processes and develop high-performing, data-driven teams.
