Job summary

Whitecollars seeks a Senior Operations & Performance Supervisor to strengthen accountability, visibility, and execution across a professional services environment in Oman. You will own day-to-day follow-up, manage priorities, and drive cross-functional actions to ensure timely delivery.

You will develop dashboards, track metrics, and optimize workflows using ERP/CRM tools, with Arabic and English fluency required. Based in Muscat, this full-time role offers exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the 8–15 year range.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, accounting, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, clients, workstreams, and deadlines.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and operational tracking skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, workflow, or task-management systems.
• Experience improving a process, workflow, dashboard, system, or control.
• Strong ownership, prioritisation, follow-through, and professional assertiveness.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, automation, and AI-assisted productivity.
• Experience with Odoo, Zoho, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on assignments, management actions, client matters, and deadlines.
• Track engagements, owners, milestones, overdue items, and next actions.
• Follow up with managers and teams to drive timely closure.
• Identify and escalate delays, bottlenecks, capacity issues, and operational risks.
• Coordinate client follow-up for pending documents, approvals, and dependencies.
• Support billing and collection follow-up with management.
• Prepare concise weekly/monthly dashboards and exception reports.
• Coordinate operational meetings and track action closure.
• Support remote teams, outsourced resources, and external experts.
• Improve workflows, controls, and effective use of operational systems.
