Job summary

Snoonu in Oman is seeking an innovative Offline Marketing Lead to plan and deliver events, activations, and brand experiences that boost Snoonu’s presence across the country. You will build local partnerships, manage budgets, coordinate with agencies and vendors, and measure ROI to deliver tangible growth.

The role requires creative thinking, strong project management, and excellent stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in offline marketing, events, brand activations, and partnership development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creative, commercially minded, and results-driven.
• Good understanding of the Omani market and consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage budgets and measure marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, launches, exhibitions, and brand activations from concept to delivery.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Develop collaborations offering exclusive benefits, rewards, and experiences to Snoonu customers.
• Execute offline campaigns, OOH advertising, sponsorships, and branded placements while ensuring brand consistency.
• Build community relationships and support influencer and brand ambassador collaborations.
• Lead project teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and vendors.
• Manage budgets, evaluate initiatives, and report on ROI, engagement, and business impact.
