Snoonu Oman is seeking a creative and proactive Offline Marketing Lead to plan and execute events, launches, and brand activations that elevate Snoonu’s presence across Oman. You’ll build strategic partnerships with local businesses, manage community and influencer collaborations, and oversee offline campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in offline marketing, events, brand activations, and partnership development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creative, commercially minded, and results-driven.
• Good understanding of the Omani market and consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage budgets and measure marketing effectiveness.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute events, launches, exhibitions, and brand activations from concept to delivery.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Develop collaborations offering exclusive benefits, rewards, and experiences to Snoonu customers.
• Execute offline campaigns, OOH advertising, sponsorships, and branded placements while ensuring brand consistency.
• Community and influencer engagement to build relationships and collaborations.
• Lead project teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, freelancers, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage budgets, evaluate initiatives, and report on ROI, engagement, and business impact.
