Job summary

Sharaf DG Oman seeks an experienced Inventory Coordinator to manage day-to-day stock at the store, ensuring accuracy, proper handling, timely GRNs, and compliance with Sharaf DG inventory procedures.

You will work with ERP/POS systems, coordinate with Store Management, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to maintain stock integrity, support counts, and ensure timely handover of brand promise products.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Retail Stock Management.
• Retail/electronics retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and properly store incoming stock.
• Prepare and process GRNs against LPOs, invoices, and received quantities.
• Verify received quantities and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/POS system.
• Conduct regular stock counting, verification, and reconciliation.
• Support Perpetual Inventory (PI) counts, SNP reports, and annual stocktaking.
• Prepare PRET and LTI documents as required.
• Identify and properly manage Brand Promise products and ensure timely handover.
• Prepare and update Purchase Return (PR) reports as required.
• Manage and maintain the stockroom in an organized, safe, and secure manner.
• Monitor damaged, excess, shortage, ageing, and non-moving stock and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock transfers between stores and ensure proper documentation and system updates.
• Manage HVS activities and maintain accurate inventory logbooks.
• Ensure display items are properly authorized and updated in the system.
• Support investigation and resolution of stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
• Ensure timely closure of all inventory transactions in the ERP/POS system.
• Follow inventory SOPs, checklists, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with Store Management, Merchandising, Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and Operations teams on inventory matters.

Requirements

Experience
