Job summary

Saif Ahmed Alrashdi Ent. in Oman is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to keep track of stock levels, receive goods against orders, and organize storage across the warehouse.

You will perform regular stock checks, prepare reports, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate deliveries while maintaining health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar role, strong organization, attention to detail, and familiarity with inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Ensure goods handling/storage complies with health and safety rules.

Responsibilities:

• Keep track of inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner
• Receive and process incoming goods, checking them against purchase orders and invoices
• Manage the storage of goods in an organized and accessible manner
• Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate records of inventory levels
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that goods are delivered to the right locations
• Ensure that all goods are handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and stock movements
