Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you seeks a motivated sales counter professional in Muscat, Oman. You will assist walk-in customers, explain electrical products, prepare quotations and invoices, and process sales with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have an electrical engineering background, experience in electrical sales, and familiarity with ERP software, plus strong English and Arabic communication skills to serve a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree required.
• Experience in electrical sales preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical materials.
• Experience with billing software/ERP is a plus.

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing electrical product guidance, preparing quotations and invoices, handling sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical sales/counter sales preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical materials and components.
• Experience with billing software/ERP (ERPNext or Tally is an advantage).
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
