Job summary

Ideal candidates have electrical materials knowledge, strong customer service, and experience with ERP systems like ERPNext or Tally to streamline billing and order processing. Fluent English and Arabic are preferred to support diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical counter sales or customer-facing product sales.
• Familiarity with switchgear, cables, lighting, wiring accessories, and circuit breakers.
• Proficient English and Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and identify suitable electrical products.
• Provide clear product information covering switchgear, cables, lighting systems, wiring accessories, breakers.
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and sales orders using the approved billing or ERP system.
• Process cash and credit transactions while maintaining complete and accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with warehouse to confirm stock availability, quantities, and order readiness.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, product availability, pending orders, and delivery requirements.
• Process returns, exchanges, and warranty-related requests in line with company procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with repeat customers and provide reliable support throughout the sales cycle.
• Update transaction details, customer information, and product records within the relevant system.
• Report sales activity, customer requirements, and important market feedback to the responsible manager.
• Keep the sales counter organized and ensure frequently requested product information is readily accessible.
