Job summary

Responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing electrical product guidance, preparing quotations and invoices, handling sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical sales/counter sales preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical materials and components.
• Experience with billing software/ERP (ERPNext or Tally is an advantage).
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
