Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking a counter sales professional in Oman to guide customers, sell electrical products, and prepare quotes and invoices while delivering outstanding service.

The role involves handling transactions, ordering, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Strong English/Arabic communication and prior electrical sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in electrical sales or counter sales preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical materials and components.
• Experience with billing software/ERP (ERPNext or Tally is an advantage).
• Strong communication in English and Arabic.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable electrical products.
• Provide product knowledge on switchgear, cables, lighting, wiring accessories, breakers, and related items.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Promote products and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
• Maintain customer relationships and report sales updates.
