Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical product sales or counter sales preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical materials and common installation components.
• Familiarity with switchgear, cables, breakers, lighting, and wiring accessories.
• Experience preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Knowledge of ERPNext or Tally is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and assess requirements.
• Prepare quotations and process invoices and sales orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse to verify stock and availability.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with proper documentation.
• Maintain relationships with regular customers and follow up on inquiries.
