Job summary

Mogi I/O in Masqat, Oman, is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Electrical Counter Sales. You will assist walk-in customers, advise on electrical materials, prepare quotes and invoices, and process payments, while ensuring accurate billing and stock coordination.

The ideal candidate has diplomas or degrees in electrical engineering or related fields, experience in electrical sales, and competence with ERP systems. English and Arabic communication is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in electrical counter sales or electrical product trading preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical materials and components.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with electrical material needs and recommend products.
• Provide guidance on switchgear, cables, lighting products, wiring accessories and breakers.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately using ERP/billing systems.
• Process cash and credit transactions with complete records.
• Check inventory and coordinate with warehouse before confirming orders.
• Follow up on quotations and inquiries to support sales conversion.
