Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electrical counter sales or related customer-facing roles preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP tools (ERPNext or Tally) and billing processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and determine electrical material requirements.
• Recommend products based on specifications, budget, and stock.
• Explain switchgear, cables, lighting, breakers, and wiring accessories.
• Prepare clear quotations using approved prices.
• Process sales orders and invoices through the billing system.
• Coordinate with warehouse to confirm availability and timely orders.
