Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical discipline.
• Experience in electrical sales or counter sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical materials and product applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and identify requirements to recommend suitable electrical products.
• Prepare quotations based on quantities, specifications and approved pricing.
• Generate invoices and sales orders in the ERP/billing system.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately with complete records.
• Coordinate with warehouse to verify stock and notify customers of availability.
• Maintain relationships with repeat customers and follow up on quotations and orders.
