Job summary

English and Arabic communication skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Experience in electrical sales, counter sales, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
• Familiarity with switchgear, cables, lighting products, circuit breakers, and wiring accessories is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive walk-in customers and identify electrical product requirements.
• Recommend appropriate switchgear, cables, lighting products, wiring accessories, breakers, and related items.
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and approved pricing.
• Create invoices and sales orders accurately through the billing or ERP system.
• Process cash and credit sales while maintaining complete transaction records.
• Promote relevant products and identify opportunities to increase counter sales.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm stock levels and prepare orders.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity updates to management.
• Build relationships with repeat customers and support long-term account retention.
