Mogi I/O is hiring a Sales Advisor - Electrical Counter in Masqaţ, Oman. You will assist customers, explain product specs, prepare quotations, and handle invoicing and stock coordination to ensure smooth counter sales operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, accurate transaction processing, and contributing to sales targets while promoting appropriate electrical materials and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• This role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in electrical counter sales or customer-facing product sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical materials and components.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and determine electrical material requirements.
• Recommend switchgear, cables, lighting products, wiring accessories, circuit breakers and related components.
• Prepare quotations with detailed product descriptions, quantities and pricing.
• Generate invoices and sales orders using ERP/billing systems.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with accurate records.
• Check stock and coordinate with warehouse before confirming orders.
• Follow up on quotations to improve sales conversion.
• Process returns, exchanges and warranty requests as per procedures.
