Job summary

Mogi I/O in Masqat, Oman, seeks an Electrical Sales Specialist to be a frontline contact for customers at the counter, understand requirements, explain product specs, prepare quotations, and process invoices and sales orders with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have electrical knowledge, counter sales experience, and familiarity with switchgear, cables, lighting and wiring accessories; fluency in English and Arabic helps, ERP or billing software familiarity a plus, and a readiness to meet sales

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Practical knowledge of electrical materials and components.
• Experience in electrical sales, counter sales or customer-facing technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and understand electrical product requirements.
• Recommend switchgear, cables, lighting, wiring accessories and breakers.
• Prepare quotations based on quantities, specs and pricing.
• Generate invoices and sales orders using billing/ERP platforms.
• Process cash and credit transactions with accurate records.
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock verification and order prep.
