Job summary

Emploive is seeking an Airport Services Supervisor to oversee check-in, boarding, ramp, and baggage handling, ensuring high-quality service for Salamair passengers. You will coordinate Ground Handler activities, manage desk allocations, and support terminal operations while enforcing safety standards.

You will lead front-line staff, provide coaching, and liaise with OCC, immigration, and security to resolve delays or disruptions and maintain smooth turn-rounds.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or 3 years' ground services experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate diverse airport operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Airport Services agents and Ground Handler to ensure smooth check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Assign staff to check-in, departures, ramp, and arrivals with shift briefings.
• Monitor passenger flow and desk utilization; liaise with immigration and terminal management.
• Enforce safety and security procedures and ensure timely boarding processes.
• Coach junior staff and identify safety risks to support objectives.
