Job summary

SalamAir is seeking a Duty Officer to oversee day-to-day airport operations on a shift basis, ensuring safe, smooth and efficient flight handling in line with SalamAir procedures and regulatory requirements. You will act as the focal point for real-time coordination and decision making at the station.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with IOCC and service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduate in any discipline; 5 years in aviation with 2 in supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, interpersonal skills.
• SMS knowledge; WorldTracer and Load Sheet qualifications are an extra benefit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control shift flight handling, check-in, boarding, and ramp activities.
• Act as primary contact for operational matters during shift and represent SalamAir when needed.
• Coordinate with IOCC, Network Planning, Revenue Management for disruptions and service recovery.
