The role involves advising and guiding managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring compliance with applicable New Zealand and Australia employment legislation, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives. The HRBP plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and enabling effective workforce planning.
