A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Construction Operations Manager in Auckland, New Zealand, for a significant commercial building project. This role involves ensuring effective coordination among contractors, stakeholders, and consultants. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial interior fitouts and vertical building projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction is desirable, and expertise in health and safety standards is essential.
We are currently seeking a Construction Operations Manager on a 2+ year Fixed Term Contract for the delivery of the interior fitout for a significant vertical building programme for a large complex commercial building. The purpose of this role is to ensure that contractors, consultants and stakeholders' work in the field is properly planned, resourced and coordinated within the companies operations. They will support safe, timely and cost-effective quality delivery, while maintaining a high standard of passenger safety and experience, and operational effectiveness for the interior fitout.
