- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and overdue payment follow-ups
- Support the administration of student loans, allowances, and billing activities
- Respond to internal financial queries and help coordinate course material charges
- Ensure compliance with Tertiary Education Commission funding guidelines and the Privacy Act
- Deliver outstanding customer service to students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- 4+ years’ experience in accounts receivable (education sector experience a plus)
- Level 4 qualification or higher preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence
- You’ll also need a full NZ driver’s licence and a clean criminal and credit history.
