Job Description

As a Casual Programme Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings and/or afternoons unforgettable for children! You’ll be working mainly in the afternoons (2.30pm - 6pm depending on programme requirements).This is a reliever role, so you’ll be rostered on an “as required” basis – perfect if you’re after flexibility while still making a big impact. Location: Darfield school.

Responsibilities
  • Supervising and supporting Tamariki in a range of fun, safe activities
  • Keeping our spaces tidy, clean, and welcoming for children
  • Helping your Programme Manager run smooth, energetic sessions that keep kids buzzing
  • Spotting any hiccups (behaviour, wellbeing, safety) and sharing with your manager so everyone stays supported
