Job summary

Randstad New Zealand is seeking two IT Support Engineer (L2) for 6-month on-site contracts in Whangarei, relocating from Auckland. You will be the Windows 11 migration support engineer and primary escalation point for floorwalkers, resolving complex issues and assisting staff.

Ideal candidates have 5 years’ IT desktop or sysadmin experience, Windows 10/11, Intune, M365, Azure, and a Bachelor Degree. Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT desktop support or system administration experience.
• Bachelor degree or IT certification preferred.
• Relocation to Whangarei required; 100% on-site.
• Windows 10/11, Intune, M365, Azure proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• On-site support as escalation point for floorwalkers and staff.
• Advanced troubleshooting of hardware, network, login, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Triage and escalate complex problems to squad Tech Lead.
• Utilize Intune and PowerShell to manage software updates and settings.
