Randstad New Zealand is hiring two Level 2 Support Engineers for 6-month on-site contracts in Bay of Plenty. You will provide post-migration Windows 11 support and serve as the primary escalation point for floorwalkers, resolving complex issues and guiding staff through the new environment.

Requirements include 2–3 years in IT desktop support or system administration, hands-on Windows 10/11, Intune, M365, and Azure, plus strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 3 years of commercial IT desktop support or system administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Excellent communication with non-technical staff, able to translate technical steps clearly.
• Bachelor degree or IT certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• On-site support as the primary escalation point for floorwalkers, assisting users with setup problems and inquiries.
• Advanced troubleshooting of hardware, network, login, and Microsoft 365 application issues.
• Triage and escalate complex problems to the squad Tech Lead.
• Utilize Intune and PowerShell to troubleshoot and push software updates.
