Fuse IT Recruitment is representing a client in Whangārei, New Zealand, seeking a Cloud Support Engineer at L2/L3 level. The role focuses on delivering 2nd/3rd line support, meeting SLA targets, and contributing to a fast-growing, dynamic IT services team.

The successful candidate will have a background in Service Desk or Systems Engineering, with solid Microsoft infrastructure and M365 knowledge, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving in high-pressure environments.
