Job summary

New Era Technology NZ is seeking a client-facing IT Support specialist based on-site at client sites in Northcote. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, delivering friendly, practical support to non-technical users and managing the ticket board.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot across Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Azure AD, network gear and printers, document issues, and escalate where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support to non-technical users.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with printers and network devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via various channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
• Document and track client issues using a ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and timely support.
