Job summary

Icebreaker is seeking a proactive wholesale sales administrator to support the New Zealand market. The role focuses on contracts, promotions, returns, and AR follow-up, with emphasis on data analysis and weekly reporting.

You will help develop rolling forecasts and refine SOPs, while supporting Account Managers and cross-functional teams. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with ERP/CRM systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing sales data and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and communicate effectively.
• Proven cross-functional relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with process improvements and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale customer processes including contracts, promotions, rebates, returns, and AR follow-up.
• Analyze sell-out data and prepare weekly presentations.
• Develop wholesale sales plans and rolling forecasts.
• Set up and improve standard operating procedures and train Account Managers.
• Provide admin support for sales meetings and tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal and Data Management.
