Job summary

Cookie Time Limited in New Zealand is seeking a proactive sales support and operations coordinator to keep orders, deliveries and invoicing on track from enquiry to delivery. You’ll work across sales, operations and office coordination, leveraging ERP and Excel to manage data, process orders and improve efficiency while building relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years’ experience in sales support, customer service or operational coordination.
• FMCG experience would be a bonus.
• Strong ERP experience and familiarity with logistics or EDI systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and a good head for numbers.
• Excellent organisation and accuracy, even when several things need your attention.
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Help our Sales Team win by bringing customer plans to life through promotions, pricing, samples and onboarding.
• Keep orders flowing by processing orders and coordinating with Warehouse and Logistics.
• Maintain accurate customer, product and pricing information across ERP and platforms, including claims and credits.
• Sort out order or supply issues by coordinating with the right people and delivering a practical solution.
• Turn sales data into insights and suggest improvements that help us work smarter.
• Coordinate everyday office needs and Team activities to support a great working environment.
