Job summary

Icebreaker is seeking a Business Planning & Operations (BPO) Coordinator in Auckland to drive operational excellence, manage data workflows, and support revenue growth across the ANZ region. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management teams to streamline wholesale processes, analyse sales data, and develop reports, forecasts, and plans.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ERP/CRM experience, and a continuous improvement mindset will help

Qualifications

Strong communication and confident presentation.
Experience building cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Commercial acumen with sales data and KPIs.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Continuous improvement mindset and process streamlining.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience in wholesale, retail, apparel, or consumer goods is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support wholesale customer processes, including contracts, promotions, rebates, returns, and AR follow-up.
Analyse sales and sell-out data to inform commercial decisions.
Prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and sales plans.
Develop and improve standard operating procedures and train Account Managers.
Coordinate sales tools, meetings, and administrative processes.
Build relationships across functions to ensure seamless execution.
