Job summary

Team Global Express NZ is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to deliver accurate sales insights, maintain CRM data integrity, and support forecasting and commercial planning.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI, enhance Salesforce, and provide analytics that enable the Sales team to perform at their best.

This role requires advanced Excel, strong data interpretation and stakeholder communication in a dynamic logistics environment in Auckland.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and PowerBI reporting skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse pipeline, forecasting and sales performance reporting.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Support revenue forecasting and commercial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and Salesforce enhancements.
• Coordinate tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Deliver customer reporting and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and sales processes.
