Job summary

Team Global Express NZ is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to provide reporting, systems support and analytical insights that empower our Sales team. You’ll deliver accurate insights, maintain CRM integrity, and support forecasting, tender and customer performance activities to enable effective commercial decisions.

• Advanced Excel and PowerBI reporting and analytical capability.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse pipeline, forecasting and sales performance reporting.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Support revenue forecasting and commercial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and Salesforce enhancements.
• Coordinate tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Deliver customer reporting and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and sales processes.
