Job summary

Tempur Sealy International in New Zealand is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team with reporting, data analysis, sales administration, and logistics coordination. You will act as a link between Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Warehouse to ensure accurate information and timely order processing.

The role requires strong Excel skills, CRM experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Commercial Support or Administration role.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and CRM experience.
• Experience preparing sales reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Proven organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards.
• Support administrative and coordination activities for the National Sales Manager and Account Managers.
• Coordinate information for customer meetings and business reviews.
• Maintain sales documentation and CRM data, templates, and processes.
• Coordinate orders, retailer inquiries, delivery activities and product distribution.
• Provide professional, timely retailer communications and issue resolution.
• Promote stock opportunities and support national campaigns.
• Support warehouse and logistics data entry and reporting activities.
