Job summary

vfc in Auckland is seeking a Wholesale Sales Administrator to support the NZ wholesale sales team in meeting revenue targets. You will manage contracts, promotions, rebates, returns, and AR follow-up, and analyze sales data to prepare reports and weekly presentations.

You'll develop wholesale sales plans and rolling forecasts, improve SOPs, and provide admin support for sales meetings with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Proven success building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong commercial sense with experience analysing sales data and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business judgment.
• Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset and experience implementing process improvements.
• Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems and sales processes.
• Consumer-focused approach; retail experience is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale customer processes such as contracts, promotions and rebates, returns, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Analyze sell-out data and prepare weekly presentations.
• Develop wholesale sales plans and rolling forecasts.
• Set up and improve standard operating procedures and train Account Managers when needed.
• Provide administrative support for sales meetings and tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management teams.
