Job summary

icebreaker is seeking a Wholesale Sales Administrator to support the New Zealand wholesale sales team in achieving revenue targets. You will manage contracts, promotions, rebates, returns, and accounts receivable follow-up, and analyze sell-out data to inform weekly presentations.

You will develop wholesale sales plans, rolling forecasts, and help set up standard operating procedures. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with Finance, Merchandising,

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Proven success in building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong commercial sense with experience analysing sales data and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business judgment.
• Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset and experience implementing process improvements.
• Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems and sales processes.
• Consumer-focused approach; retail experience is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale customer processes such as contracts, promotions and rebates, returns, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Analyze sell-out data and prepare weekly presentations.
• Develop wholesale sales plans and rolling forecasts.
• Set up and improve standard operating procedures and train Account Managers when needed.
• Provide administrative support for sales meetings and tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management teams.
