Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for Trauma in Canberra. You will work with surgeons and healthcare professionals in theatre, developing clinical, technical, and commercial expertise. You will join a high‑performing team with onboarding, in‑theatre coaching, and continuous development to build confidence and capability.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate moving to Canberra, ACT, with opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
• Partner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments
