Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures in Canberra. You’ll work with surgeons and theatre staff, gaining clinical, technical, and commercial experience and collaborating with a high-performing team.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate, with development pathways toward Territory Manager. This role requires travel and on-site work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
