Job summary

Stryker Canberra is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures in theatre, developing clinical, technical, and commercial expertise. Relocation support is available for the right candidate across Australia or New Zealand.

You'll collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams, participate in onboarding and in-theatre coaching, and contribute to territory planning and portfolio growth. This role offers a clear development path within Trauma at Stryker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
• Partner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments
