Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join the Trauma team in Canberra. You will work with surgeons and healthcare professionals to support Trauma procedures, while developing clinical, technical, and commercial expertise.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate relocating to Australia or New Zealand. You will be part of a high‑performing team focused on collaboration, learning, and career progression within Trauma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.
• Qualification in nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science, or a related health field.
• Experience within clinical, technical, or medical sales environments.
• Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
• Partner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region
• Deliver product education and in-serviceing to healthcare professionals
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments
