Job summary

Stryker in Canberra, ACT is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures and work with surgeons and hospital teams. This role offers relocation support and a clear development path toward Territory Manager within a collaborative Trauma team.

You'll receive hands-on onboarding, in-theatre coaching, and ongoing development to build confidence and capability while contributing to a growing Trauma portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements.
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments.
