Job summary

Stryker Canberra is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join the Trauma team. You will work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, supporting Trauma procedures in theatre while developing clinical, technical, and commercial skills.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate; the role offers clear development toward Territory Manager and a strong, collaborative team environment across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements.
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments.
